Résumé :
Eternal Heaven, le nouvel album de Thomas Dunford et l'ensemble Jupiter, enregistré à la Chapelle Corneille en 2021, présente un magnifique programme Haendel (Hercules, Theodora, Semele, Susanna, Esther...) en compagnie de la mezzo-soprano Lea Desandre et le contre-ténor Iestyn Davies. Le projet est né de la volonté de réunir ces deux voix sublimes et de raconter une histoire d'amour avec certaines des plus belles musiques spirituelles de Haendel. Thomas Dunford et Lea Desandre ont parcouru toute l'oeuvre anglophone de Haendel pour construire le récit d'une histoire d'amour forte entre les deux héros. "Et quand l'amour parle, les voix de tous les dieux bercent le ciel d'un harmonieux écho." Wiiliam Shakespeare.
